Alexandra Ulmers

Alexandra Ulmers advises both German and non-German clients on M&A transactions.  In this context, she accompanies the entire transaction process – from negotiating and preparing documents to conducting legal due diligence to eventually overseeing the closing.  She also supports and advises on post-closing corporate integrations.  Included as part of her practice, Alexandra advises investors and founders on venture capital transactions.

As part of her corporate law practice, Alexandra assists and provides ongoing advice on corporate law matters as well as advising on restructurings and crisis management issues.

As part of her capital markets practice, Alexandra advises on structuring and placing bonds in connection with public offerings as well as private placements.  She also advises on banking regulatory issues.

• Preparing and supporting an annual (but disputed) shareholders’ meeting
• Advising a market leader in mobility systems on structuring and placing corporate bonds in the form of a private placement
• Advising on establishing a global company involved with student financings

Alexandra has been a German Attorney at Law since 2022 and an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since March, 2022.

Alexandra studied law at the University of Passau. She completed her post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) in the Higher Regional Court District of Frankfurt am Main. Before, and during, her legal training period she worked also as a Research Assistant in the field of capital markets law.
