Alexandra Ulmers

Alexandra Ulmers advises on capital markets law, M&A and venture capital transactions as well as litigation.
Its activities include the structuring and placement of bonds both in the context of public offerings and private placements.
Alexandra also advises private equity clients and strategic investors on the acquisition of companies as well as investors and founding teams on venture capital transactions.
She represents German and foreign companies in commercial disputes both out of court and in court.

Alexandra has been a German Attorney at Law since 2022 and an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since March, 2022.

Alexandra studied law at the University of Passau. She completed her post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) in the Higher Regional Court District of Frankfurt am Main. Before, and during, her legal training period she worked also as a Research Assistant in the field of capital markets law.
