Danyal Parvez is a German Attorney at Law who advises on data privacy law and related matters. He advises German entities as well as foreign conglomerates on all aspects of data privacy law and supports these clients in the practical implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A particular focus of Danyal’s practice is in developing and implementing compliance programs and other protective measures. He also provides legal support in connection with data breaches and other actions concerning data privacy.

Danyal also advises on the use of new technology, in particular as it relates to artificial intelligence (AI). He supports clients on compliance matters as well as on implementing and using AI systems, in particular regarding the European AI Act and as they relate to data privacy issues.

Finally, Danyal advises – both out of court and as a litigator — in labor and employment law. He represents clients in both individual employment matters and in collective labor law matters. In this context, he also advises on employee data privacy matters and on data privacy compliance issues, including on implementing and using digital systems in connection with employment relationships.

Danyal has been a German Attorney at Law since 2024 and has been an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since March, 2026. Prior to joining SCHIEDERMAIR, he worked as an attorney at a commercial law firm in Frankfurt.

Danyal studied law at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. In addition, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M. Eur.) in European and International Business Law. During his studies, he worked for several commercial law firms.
