Maximilian Ströer advises on franchise and distribution law matters, in particular by negotiating and drafting contracts. He also advises corporate clients on strategies in connection with supply chains as well as framework agreements. Finally, he represents clients before German courts and before arbitral panels in a national and international context.

Maximilian has been a German Attorney at Law since 2023 and also an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since 2023.
He studied law at the University of Heidelberg. He completed his post-graduate legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe. During this training period Maximilian worked for a major US law firm in Berlin as well as for SCHIEDERMAIR.
