Medea advises franchise systems as well as mid-sized to large international conglomerates in commercial law matters. She provides comprehensive support to companies in matters relating to contract law, corporate law, and commercial law.
In addition to providing ongoing advice, she also litigates on behalf of clients to pursue and enforce their interests. She combines her financial acumen with her legal skills to advise companies in both their day-to-day business activities as well as in strategic decision-making.

- Serves as local German counsel to the German subsidiary of a British civil engineering company
Medea has been a German Attorney at Law since 2024 and been an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since then.
During her legal studies at the Johann Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt she worked for a large international law firm.
She completed her post-graduate legal training in the Legal Department of a large, internationally active airline company as well as at SCHIEDERMAIR.
