Philipp Uhl advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital financing, and transaction-related corporate matters, primarily in the small and mid-cap segment. A particular focus of his practice is on inbound investments from the Nordic countries; in this regard, he regularly advises clients from Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark on their transactions in Germany. Drawing on his deep cultural, linguistic, and business understanding of each of these markets, he efficiently guides Nordic clients through their transactions in Germany.
