Philipp Wolf advises German entities as well as foreign conglomerates on all aspects of IT and data privacy law. His practice ranges from strategic advice to the legal implementation of complex projects. A particular focus of his work is the legal support of digitalization projects and transformation processes. This includes, in particular, structuring, drafting, and negotiating multi-faceted and technically complex IT agreements.
Philipp also advises on all aspects of regulatory issues in connection with digital business models and innovative future topics. His expertise includes the e-health, e-mobility, and data economy industries, where he advises on structuring matters to ensure the clients are legally compliant data-driven business models and compliant with industry-specific and data privacy requirements.
Another focus of Philipp’s practice is to support corporate transactions. In this context, he identifies, analyzes, and evaluates IT and data privacy risks, for example in connection with software issues. This ensures that the clients can make informed decisions concerning any IT and data privacy issues and that the respective M&A transaction proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

Philipp has been a German Attorney at Law since 2017. He became a Salary Partner at SCHIEDERMAIR in March, 2026. Prior to joining SCHIEDERMAIR, he worked for several international commercial law firms. In 2020/2021, he completed an LL.M. program with distinction at the University of Queensland in Australia.
Philipp studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) with a focus on media law. He completed his post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Kammergericht) in 2016, including stints at an international law firm in Düsseldorf and in Washington, D.C.
