Ramón Alberto Peek

Ramón Alberto Peek’s practice focuses on advising domestic German as well as international companies on commercial law matters, corporate law, securities law, and on M&A and venture capital-transactions.

He also represents companies on commercial leasing matters.

• Advised and represented mid-sized companies on resolving disputes
• Advised and represented a US-publicly-held entity in the medical products industry on acquiring 100% of the shares of a German GmbH

Ramón has been a German Attorney at Law since January, 2023 and an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since December, 2023.

Before joining SCHIEDERMAIR, he practiced at the Frankfurt law firm of Bremenkamp Salger Rechtsanwälte, where he had worked during his post-graduate legal training period.

Ramón studied law at the Ernst Moritz Arndt University in Greifswald, Germany and at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He completed his post-graduate legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.  Throughout his studies and his legal training he has focused on commercial law.
