Sophie Becker represents and advises national and international companies in labor and employment law matters. Her focus lies particularly in advising companies on their ongoing employment law matters and in preparing for and litigating before German labor courts. Additionally, she advises companies on matters and disputes related to works councils.

Sophie has been a licensed German Attorney at Law since 2023 and an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since August, 2023.
She completed her post-graduate legal training at the District Court in Darmstadt, Germany from 2021 to 2023. During this training, she completed stints at Rittershaus in corporate law and at Audi AG in labor law.
From 2014 to 2021 Sophie studied Law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. As part of her studies, she completed a semester abroad at Bangor University in Wales and another semester abroad at the Université de Toulon in France.
