Frank specializes on providing legal advice and representing clients on all aspects of real property matters. He has profound expertise in real estate law and construction law, including interfacing with other areas of the law, such as corporate law, the law of credit securities, and landlord and tenant law, specifically in commercial leases and litigation. His practices comprise real estate transactions, project development, large-scale commercial leases, sale and lease-back, real property leasing, asset management, drafting and negotiating all types of property-related contracts, real estate finance, and litigation.

Frank is also frequently retained by public bodies in compulsory enforcement proceedings and in contesting insolvency law cases as well as with public liability litigation matters.

Frank studied law at the University of Cologne with the First State Exam. As part of his legal clerkship at the Federal State of Northrhine-Westfalia, he had a stint in an attorney’s and notary’s office in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Frank started his professional career with the law firm of GRAF V. WESTPHALEN FRITZE & MODEST, Cologne, where he worked from 1998 through 2000. After that, he joined MEAG Real Estate Management GmbH, Munich, the asset management arm of Munich Re-Group, in 2000 where he stayed through 2002. From 2003 through 2015, Frank was with the law firm of MAYER BROWN LLP, in Frankfurt, where he became an Income Partner in 2006.

Frank has been admitted as a German Attorney at Law since 1998.
