Olivier Lebriez

One of Olivier’s practice areas is litigation law. He represents national and international companies in commercial disputes before German courts.

Olivier also advises and represents national and international employers in the area of individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, ongoing employment law advice to companies, the preparation and implementation of dismissals and dismissal protection proceedings, advice on works constitution law matters and the implementation of restructuring measures.

Olivier has been a German Attorney at Law since 2021 and also became an associate at SCHIEDERMAIR in December, 2021.

Prior to joining SCHIEDERMAIR, he worked for a large German law firm as a litigator and in banking law.

Olivier completed his post-graduate legal training period at the District Court of Frankfurt from 2018 to 2020, during which he gained practical experience in a leading law firm in labor and employment law as well as in the legal department of an international German automobile manufacturer. While there he supported the legal department primarily with drafting B2B contracts, with compliance issues, as well as with labor and employment law matters.

Olivier studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, and the Université Lumière in Lyon from 2011 to 2017.
